Please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled event or appointment for a full refund. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to provide you with flexibility when possible.
You can cancel your booking in the following ways:
Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice are not eligible for a refund. Since space at Skyaia Pyramid is limited and could have been scheduled by someone else, we cannot refund short notice cancellations. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain fair access to our sacred space for all community members.
We understand that genuine emergencies may arise. In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or family crises, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will review each case with compassion and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
